To all our members at URS...
Let me start by officially apologizing for the fact that you feel let down!
You are frustrated, you are disappointed and then some more, for that i offer my apologies!
Now, lets take a quick look at what actually went wrong:
All the planning in the world is no good, when the actual events happening are nothing like you based your plans on.
In plain English:
My plans were based on some estimated figures, the main one being, that
I would have been extremely happy, to reach 10,000 members after 3
month, well we all know that this did not happen that way and the actual
happenings were 3 times then what I had planned for.
As this came totally unexpected, I reacted way too late to apply the 'brakes' so to speak as the damage was already done.
What damage?
The amount of funds being paid out vs funds coming in, the gap was
closing really fast, there are many reasons as to why and we all know
now what NOT to do in future.
As a result of the huge growth, I
eventually paid the ultimate prize by falling very ill with NO warning,
the prize I paid for staying online every night until 2, sometimes 3am
to get all things done.
Biggest issue? Payouts, you need to
understand, that only STP and Payza offer MassPay, whereby you can pay
several people at once, all other processors you actually pay 1 x1,
which takes an awful amount of time when the site grows as fast as it
has!
Once payouts were done (with the help of my wife Cathy), I was
determined to reply ALL support tickets before calling it a night, hence
the late nights/early mornings so very often depending on the amount of
tickets needing to be replied.
Ultimately it was way too much work
for both Cathy and myself and it took its toll, good intention is 1
thing, the body failing due to stress, lack of sleep and other things is
another.
So I was extremely happy when James offered to take over and handed everything over to him on May 15th.
Now let me remind you, being an admin is a tough life, In James's case
even more so, as James was and still is a programmer, now all over
sudden he has to be an admin too!
Not easy and it will take time for him to find his feet still!
But with support from all our fantastic admins there is absolutely NO reason as to why this cant be done.
So where to from here:
I guess you all agree that URS in it's current shape is a mess and the
ONLY way forward is to do a complete re launch, which is what all admins
and team leaders have agreed on.
How does it affect you?
All members that are already in profit, will have all balances reset to zero, why?
You already made a profit and the ONLY thing you have lost is time and
there is plenty of profit yet to be made with the new structure which I
will explain further down.
All of you that have made zero
withdrawals and only joined us recently, will have your deposits, your
membership fees added back to your re purchase balance for the re
launch!
Those that have made some withdrawals and are still not in
profit, will receive the same as above MINUS any withdrawals = NO
financial Loss compared to what you have deposited into the system.
We have also read many of your posts and concerns and they are STILL
being addressed currently with the final plan for re launch to be
announced within the next 24 hours!
What I can reveal at this stage:
1. Starter packs will stay and will stay free - PERIOD!
Cost will still be $1, max amount you can have at any time is 300 and the return is 110% overall!
2. Referral commission will be set at 5% and only applied to Cash Deposits!
3. ALL ad credits you currently have will be carried over, that's what
you have paid for and that's what you deserve, every single 1 of those!
4. There will be a $5 pack with a return of 140% over a longer period of time, exact details yet to be confirmed.
5. Withdrawals will be limited to $50/day until such time that we have recovered enough to raise those limits again!
James is looking at many alternative ways to boost the external revenue, which is much needed for the ongoing success of URS!
So there it is, we are NOT going anywhere, we are NOT depriving anybody of what they have put into the system
and we will do whatever it takes to bring this ship into calmer waters again!
We have a lot of great and experienced marketers in this group, we have
a huge number of members that still support us all the way - Together -
We can make this go all the way to what it deserves to be:
